Being involved in a motoring accident can be extremely stressful - having to deal with your insurance company,repairers and third parties can become very confusing and take up too much of your time.

Swiftlease have therefore introduced a 24-hour helpline to provide you with help and total peace of mind when you need it most.

All you need to do is make one call to our locally based claims line. We will then take over and liase with all the other parties involved in order to get you back on the road as soon as possible.

In the event of a non-fault claim you will be allocated your own designated claims handler, who will manage the process through to its conclusion. They will keep you up to date with the progress of the claim via telephone,email or SMS text messaging.

As a Swiftlease customer you are entitled to the following services if you are involved in a non fault accident -

  • Guaranteed replacement vehicle for repair duration
  • Free collection and delivery to repairers
  • Free advice with regards to Personal Injury Claims
  • Your own personal UK based claims handler
