Are the Vehicles provided with a warranty?

Yes, all our vehicles come with the full UK Manufacturers warranty just like buying from the dealership.

Is roadside assistance included?

Yes, all vehicles include either 12 months or 3 years breakdown recovery, depending on the manufacturer.

Is delivery and collection included?

We offer free UK mainland delivery. For contract hire or personal contract hire and contract purchase or personal contract purchase the finance company will collect the vehicle at the end of the contract unless you are purchasing the vehicle.

Who Supplies the vehicles?

All our vehicles are supplied through the relevant vehicle manufacturers UK dealer network

What are my options at the end of the contract?

This depends on the type of contract taken but usually you have the option to hand the car back, extend the contract, or purchase the vehicle from the finance company.

How long is the lease period?

Contracts range from 12 to 60 months depending on the vehicle and contract chosen. However there is sometimes the option for shorter periods (subject to availability).

What is the initial deposit?

Typically an initial deposit of 3 monthly payments is required. However a finance package can be tailor made to fit your requirements, whether you would like to put a larger deposit or even no deposit it up to you.

Is maintenance included?

Maintenance is an optional cost and includes all servicing, tyres, brakes, exhaust, battery and labour. If you would like details of the maintenance packages please feel free to speak to our advisers.

Will the contract include Road Fund Licence?

Most contracts will provide you with RFL for the duration of the contract. However this will depend on the type of contract you have taken and the funder

Can I change the mileage on the contract?

Where your vehicle is running ahead or behind its predicted mileage, rescheduling the mileage can be agreed on both contract hire and personal contract hire agreements.

Is car insurance included in the lease?

The lease contract does not include Insurance, it is your responsibility to arrange your own fully comprehensive insurance on the vehicle.

What if I exceed the agreed mileage on the contract?

Any mileage over the contract is charged at the excess mileage rate charged in pence per mile. As an example if the excess was 5 pence per mile then for 1000 miles over contract you would be charged £50.

What happens at the end of the lease contract?

At the end of the lease you can either arrange for the vehicle to be collected or you can extend the contract on a month by month basis. Sign up to the same vehicle for six or 12 months and get a discounted rental.

What happens if I want to end the lease early?
